ORDER
How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy: Simply add your chosen items to your basket, then click the "checkout" button to proceed. You'll be guided through the checkout process, where you'll enter your billing and shipping information.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email (check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox).
We’ll then pack your order and prepare it for shipping, which may take 2-3
days. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Go to Track Your Order page to track your order. Tracking information will be available in the tracking system within 3-7 days of your purchase. If you don’t receive any updates after 7 days, please contact via email contact@apowerqueen.com or by replying to your Order Confirmation email.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Please email us at contact@apowerqueen.com with your order number, a photo of the item you received, and confirmation of the item you were meant to receive. We’ll resolve this for you as quickly as
possible.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

How can I return a damaged item that I received?
Please email us at contact@apowerqueen.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.
Is it possible to add or remove items from an order I’ve already placed?
Unfortunately, items cannot be added or removed from an order once it has been placed.

How much time does delivery usually take?
Your order will arrive within 8-14 business days after processing
time.
Please note that if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers, each with its own tracking
number.
How long does order processing take?
Order processing typically takes 2-3 days, which includes verifying, packing, and preparing your order for shipment. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email containing a 'Track Your Order' button, allowing you to track your shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, Apowerqueen currently ships products only within Australia. We will announce when worldwide shipping becomes available.
