100% Happiness Guarantee: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, contact us within the accepted time-frame of 30 days from the purchase date and we will arrange a suitable solution. We offer the options of refund or size exchanges on eligible purchases.

The jewellery to be returned must be unworn or unused and must be in the original packaging, jewellery boxes must have all original packaging intact, no visible marks or  scuffing and in new condition.

Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable. Only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item, the postage is at the buyer’s cost.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on earrings, earring accessories, piercing jewellery, and hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the items returned appear used, worn, damaged or scratched.

Refund is processed in 10 business days to count from the approval of the product returned in the expected unworn conditions.

We also cannot refund, or exchange gift cards, samples, and sale items marked as 'last chance' or ‘on sale’ or with a promo code.

Proof of purchase must be presented in form of email in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Warranty

This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and 

All purchases come with a 90-day guarantee.

We will offer a replacement once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, loss, accidental breakage, or general wear and tear.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
